Our heartiest congratulations to Mr. Choki Wangchuk and Mr. Thinlay Jamtsho on receiving the Bruce Bunting Scholarship of 2022!

Mr. Choki is from Gelephu in Souther Bhutan and will pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. Mr. Thinlay is from Trongsa in Central Bhutan and will pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology at the College of Natural resources (CNR), Royal University of Bhutan. Both the scholarship recipients have completed their diploma program at CNR.

The Bhutan Foundation initiated this scholarship program in 2020 to support two in-service Bhutanese candidates from both governmental and non-governmental organizations to pursue their bachelor’s or master’s degree programs at the College of Natural Resources, Royal University of Bhutan. The Foundation has supported six scholarships in total since 2020. Two previous recipients graduated in July this year.
