REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST- Local Area Plan for Tshongdue-Extended, Paro

Bhutan Foundation invites expressions of interest to provide the following consulting services: Local Area Plan for Tshongdue-Extended, Paro, project to be prepared tentatively from January to June 2025. 

Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and expertise to perform the services. EoI should include a copy of the business license, tax clearance certificate, description of the similar nature of assignments of the firm along with work completion certificates, CVs of key personnel along with relevant degree certificates, and assignment-related experience. Shortlisting of the firms will be carried out based on the following criteria:

i. Experience in similar assignments.

ii. Experience working in the region.

iii. Appropriate skills of the key personnel with the required qualifications mentioned in the ToR.

Local Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a Joint venture to enhance their capacity. The Expressions of Interest must be delivered in written form to the address below (in person/email) by 10:00 AM, Bhutan Standard Time on December 20, 2024.
